I’m Ghazal, a Blue Zone–inspired health and performance coach, and I design diets and lifestyles specifically for brain and cognitive health.

I help founders, CEOs, and high-achievers:

  • Clear brain fog and stay mentally sharp

  • Restore real, stable energy (without depending on caffeine and chaos)

  • Sleep deeply and actually recover

My work is about teaching you how your body and brain actually function, so you can stop chasing trends and start making confident, long-term decisions for yourself.

How I Got Here

I come from generations of naturopaths and herbalists. My passion for healing began early passed down to me by my grandfather, the medicine man of his village.

From a young age, I was surrounded by the belief that nature holds the keys to wellness. That tradition shaped me. I’ve spent much of my life studying every book I could find on health and nutrition, always wondering:

Why has modern medicine become more about masking symptoms than preventing disease?

I believe almost everything can be prevented with the way we live, the way we eat, and the way we care for ourselves.

As Hippocrates, once said:

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

This is the foundation of the Blue Method: a return to prevention, clarity, and natural healing.

For the past decade,

I’ve been obsessed with these questions:

Why are so many smart, capable people exhausted, foggy, and burning out so early in life?
And why do some people stay mentally clear, active, and healthy into their 80s and 90s?

To explore that, I didn’t just try one diet or read a few books.

Over the last 10+ years I have:

  • Studied countless books and research papers on diet, lifestyle, longevity, and brain health

  • Travelled to Blue Zone communities ( Sardinia, Nosara, Costa Rica, California) to observe how long-lived people actually eat, move, rest, think and live.

  • Spent summers among Sardinians documenting their lifestyle.

After all of that, I kept coming back to one conclusion:

The principles that keep people living long, healthy, clear-minded lives in Blue Zones are still the most powerful, sustainable way to feel good now and protect your brain and body later.

It’s not about chasing the latest hack.
It’s about learning from the people who have quietly done this, generation after generation. people who have actually figured it out.

It is not just about diet and what they eat, it is also about what they avoid and what they do daily in order to keep them mentally sharp and physically healthy.

My philosophy is simple:

  • Protect and nourish your gut and brain first; the rest of your health follows.

  • When you understand and stabilise your insulin, you change the foundation of your health.

  • It’s not only about what you eat. It’s when you eat it, what you eat before and after, and how you eat it that shapes your blood sugar, your hormones, and the overall impact on your body.

  • Teaching you how your body responds to different foods, empowers you to make smart informed decisions on your own.

  • Design your diet and lifestyle to support cognitive function, not fight against it.
